... but this time, porsha.

Updated: Mar 31

*Internal Monologue* Ok, so this the awkward part. The whole, "Hi, my name is ____ and welcome to my new website," is just not my thing. Truth be told, I'm an over-thinker, and if I overthink this initial blog post, it will never be written. So here it goes.

WHAT UP, FAM?!

Whew. *breathe*

Ok. *breathe*

Now that we have gotten that little intro piece out of the way, I want you to know that I'm glad you're here. Together, through podcasts and essays, we're going to build this thing together. I'm trusting Spirit along the way.

If you're new to me and my work, please head on over to the "about" page. There you can find a wealth of formal information about a free black womxn who is overachiever from Bridgeport. I got a couple of fancy degrees and I'm proud of them. I currently work fo Spirit and of course, I'm proud of that, too. I have the best husbae ever and occasionally he'll be around for the fun of it all.

But what my bio won't tell you is this:

  1. I enjoy the beach.

  2. I could eat pizza ever single day and not get tired.

  3. Give me a book and leave me alone.

  4. I'm a serial starter

  5. I have an addiction to IG and I don't apologize for it.

  6. I'm an Aries Sun, Leo Rising, Pisces Moon.

This website is dedicated to the womxn I am becoming, and to the woman, I used to be. Somewhere between the Black and white is me now. Just Porsha. Just as I am.

In any case, as I said, I'm glad you're here. I hope you stick around for a while.

Take a load off. Grab a drink and a snack. Book an appointment for tarot, reiki, and energy work, drop a line for a preaching inquiry or some other church needs, and let's stay free together.
